Rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. Avoid this business.
Rob was great. Had two roller blinds fitted to our investment property in Mitchelton, excellent price and above all an excellent finished product. Great communication and fast with the fit out.
Robs Blinds really need to lift their game. Rob is slow and unreliable. Upon installing our blinds it was noted he had ordered the wrong ones, his response was very rude and unprofessional. Communication is extremely poor and after care is even poorer. If I got new blinds again I would stay away from this one and try someone else/
Organised for measure and quote at my workplace. Rob very specific about what time he could come - didn't want to come mid afternoon as didn't want to get caught in the traffic. Made an appointment time to suit him. Waited 40 minutes after scheduled time before phoning him. He told me he was still at a job and would finish it before coming - very vague about the booking with me. I said I was sorry but I would have to cancel today as I had to resume working.
