Do it twice,or thrice and never get it right Rob used to provide a good service but on 3 occasions I have experienced major difficulties. He apparently no longer does the work,or supervises his staff adequately. Rob refunded the whole cost of one botched electrical repair. The last straw for me was his apparently unnecessary replacement of a 7 pin caravan connection:when I connected my van at the start of a trip there was no power,brakes or lights!
