Great coustomer service salesman and mechanic go out of their way for you.
Lack of professionalism and organization when dealing with the buy here pay here portion of the business. Owner became extremely verbally hostile when there was a communication issue between him and his potential customer. Very disappointed. Very unprofessional! There was one employee at the Dunkirk location who was extremely helpful.
