Everyone at Robot worx did all they could during my training and buy off . Great training Chip , Steve , Mike did an excellent job training me . I will buy my next system from them.
wonderful and amazing product
Robot was poorly packaged for shipment, riser broke loose and robot axes were not braced. No documentation supplied for the safety module and several of the wires were loose making the unit non operational and difficult to diagnose. Spindle drive was not programmed properly and could not reach designed speed, obviously not checked at the factory. Salesman was non responsive to messages left left regarding the problems.
