I am changing my rate from a 1 to a 5, because management sent me a gift card to give them another chance from the last time I was there. The first time my food was burned but this last time was wonderful. I have them a second chance and the food and overall experience was professional, enjoyable and delish! Thanks management for sending the gift card to encourage me to come back. I appreciate your professionalism and business sense.
This was the WORST Japanese restaurant I've EVER been to (and I've been to them all over the United States). The food was HORRIBLE. Their sauces were NASTY (had to throw away my salad because the dressing was AWFUL and they didn't even have any other choice besides oil and vinegar) . My husband said he would've eaten better off the Walmart Deli. Hibachi chef was very pleasant, but the recipes of this restaurant are no better than an average home cook's. Don't go if you don't have a reservation. We waited 2 hours instead of the 45 minutes we were told to eat a 10 minute meal. The food was good but not worth 2 hours of wait.
Expensive. The staff was polite and nice, but I've seen betters shows from hibachi chefs. The food was okay. I didn't care much for the rice and the yum yum sauce wasn't what I'm used to. Also the steak wasn't cooked to par. Overall wasn't bad, just not my favorite Japanese steakhouse.
The food was delicious. You can always tell the difference when a restaurant uses quality products. Our Chef was terrific Bartenders were very nice. Overall a great experience. Even though I live in West Mifflin I will definitely take the ride again for Robokyo's teriific food!
the food was really,really good. we took leftovers home with us & w e ate all the leftovers the next day. the employees were all nice. My whole family the big & little ate all.we all had a great visit there.
Great Food! Great Service! Loved it! Surprised my husband for his 40th birthday... Everything was Amazing!
