I brought in 3 leather couch cushions to have the zipper replaced and stitching redone. The zipper they used was plastic and very cheap. It did not even have a stopper. I called and asked for a partial refund but was ghosted. Do not recommend.

This is the second 5-star review i’m posting for Robnett’s - I usually don’t post reviews but I am so pleasantly surprised/impressed with how much the level of craftsmanship and professionalism exceeded my expectations yet again (which were already high given how well the last job they did for me turned out). I used them before Covid. Did a great job, though I did wait for a while. Very good price and nice people. I'm going back for additional work for my sofa cushions.
