This is the second 5-star review i’m posting for Robnett’s - I usually don’t post reviews but I am so pleasantly surprised/impressed with how much the level of craftsmanship and professionalism exceeded my expectations yet again (which were already high given how well the last job they did for me turned out). Several years ago they produced 8 cushions for a sailboat (please see previous reviews) - the cushions held up so well in the marine environment (with many guests spending many nights aboard) that I felt confident askin... read more
I used them before Covid. Did a great job, though I did wait for a while. Very good price and nice people. I'm going back for additional work for my sofa cushions.
Poor customer service
Referred from an upholstery store to call them and the lady who answered the phone told me that the owners told her to tell me they don't do that work. Which was sewing two pieces of fabric together ( thats all i needed done)... what in the world are you in business for ????
