You don't want to live here. They have done ZERO maintenance to my suite but put my rent up 100.00 this year. It took them THREE YEARS to renovate the balcony. I was without it for three years but of course they still charged the same rent. I have not had new paint or anything in almost 10 years of being here but the rent keeps going up. The office staff are useless and have lost control of everything. Since Shelter Canadian Peoperties took over, all they do is "aplogize" and do nothing about complaints. I would not recommend even trying to rent from here. They showed me a unit, I got approved and they told me to come in at 12pm today to sign the lease and I can move in on Tuesday. At 11am. ONE HOUR before I was suppose to meet them. They phone me and told me decided they were going to renovate the unit so I cannot get it. It is the last day of the month and now I am homeless because of this.
Property Management gets worse every year.
Very bad experience today. Very unwelcoming on site manager. I was trying to view the apartment and ask her questions but she was on a headset call and did not had any interest in showing the apartment. I will take this property off my lost because of the staff alone. Also, the information and price mentioned on the website is misleading.
