Came out and looked at the project. Gave me a quote which I thought was fair. They set the schedule. No show. No call. Wouldn't answer the phone when I called.
Called on a busy weekend for possible emergency and they were responsive, polite and ready to help if we needed them. Contacting them for maintenance stuff now.
NO CALL NO SHOW SMH. Called on Thursday, told him my situation and he agreed to come out and give me a quote on Monday which he did. I needed the job done by Wednesday as my 96 year old grandfather was on his way down to live with my parents. Monday morning he showed up and gave the quote I accepted and he told me he would be back Tuesday morning to preform the work. No call no show his phone is not receiving calls and won’t return emails. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful
