Deeply disappointed with the care at the Harold Schnitzer Rehabilitation Center. I worked at Cedar Sinai Park for many years and I couldn't believe so many things went wrong. The staff dropped the ball from start to finish. Admitting paperwork was never given to the family and was never completed. The folder sat in her room for the entire stay.
