The staff is quite pleasant to work with and they helped me with purchasing a large ticket item. However, when it came to coordinating the pick up of the item, I had to deal with the owner The owner is an entitled person that will expect you to bend to their needs and schedule. No flexibility. He complained and whined about how he lived an hour or so from the estate sale in Memphis in regard to meeting me for the pick up.
