This was truly the most wonderful root canal experience. To put wonderful and root canal in the same sentence is not easy but when you’re working with Dr. Buchanan — it is. He did two very challenging root canals for me. Both sites were very inflamed and there was a lot that he and his team had to do to make me feel comfortable. They won my trust and respect. The whole team, from start to finish, was absolutely amazing! I was honestly having a horrible day, and my tooth pain was unbearable. They were able to get me in the same day and take care of my tooth, which I truly appreciated. The doctor was amazing—kind, patient, and very understanding of my dental anxiety. I wish I could give 10+ stars My entire experience from start to finish was AMAZING‼️ Paige, Dr Tim Bachman DMD, Ashley and Jennifer were all so professional and simply lovely I swear I did not feel even a pinch - even the numbing medicine! This team is incredible, I feel so well taken care of! I’m so grateful they were able to move my appointment up when my pain became unbearable. Dr. Bachman is great. He did a thorough job of explaining everything before we started, and my root canal procedure was quick, easy and completely painless. I didn't even feel the numbing shot. The staff were all super pleasant and easy to work with. If you need a root canal this is the place to go.
