Decent and quite place with James river flowing by.
I wish I had a place practice like it in NC. I will be back.
Nice little park with a 1.5 mile loop trail and non-motorized river access with a fishing dock. If you need to launch a power boat you have to go up river a few miles to Watkins landing.
Great place to talk, run, walk, kayak, paddle board, row, picnic, ... fish...
Great park and cool floating dock. Nice peaceful part of the James with lots of pavilions , picnic tables and benches. Great playgrounds for children.
