I've been back and forth for almost a week trying to get an appointment. They asked for a referral (not insurance required) for their own purposes. I then went to a dermatologist specialist to get the referral, they faxed the referral 4 times by day 4. I keep calling this office to see when we can schedule an appointment and today I was put on hold twice, and then I was told she would call someone else and leave a message to see if the appointment can be set! I liked Dr. Bonatti very much. He is very kind and explains things very well. Will go over information again if you don't understand it. Staff is very nice. Only problem was I had an appointment and he got called into emergency surgery and the staff had me come in instead of calling me and telling me that. They had no idea when he would be coming back to the office. I had to reschedule. Other than that, I would go back.
