RecommendedWe are grateful for the loving care that the Robinwood Landing staff gives to our dad. During this time of isolation because of covid-19, we are *especially grateful* because we know that Dad is safe and loved even though we cannot visit him.
My Dad was at this facility for less than a year. He ended up with 14 staples in his head. No one knows what happened. They say no one saw anything and there are no cameras in the hallway. He could walk and feed himself prior to this. Now he cant stand or feed himself. For the safety of your family member do not put them in here. How can we ever forgive ourselves for putting dads health and livelihood in such incompetent hands. I wish we had a review like this one to guide us.
RecommendedMy grandpa and grandma both lived hear and the staff is AMAZING! My grandma recently passed but they took such good care of her and she absolutely loved this facility. Since her passing the staff has been such a HUGE blessing to my grandpa and too my family and we are so blessed to know all the individuals who work here! Highly recommend this facility!!! ❤
