RecommendedMy Mom has been at Robinwood for much of this year. I am extremely happy with the care she is receiving. I am always able to get a hold of somebody if I have questions, and I am contacted regularly with updates. When I have been visiting (before the quarantine) and something needed attention, there have always been friend;y, knowledgeable attendants right there to help. RecommendedWe are grateful for the loving care that the Robinwood Landing staff gives to our dad. During this time of isolation because of covid-19, we are *especially grateful* because we know that Dad is safe and loved even though we cannot visit him.
RecommendedMy mother was there for four years, felt fortunate to have such a great caring facility for her allowing me to take her out for lunch or ice cream for added fun.

My Dad was at this facility for less than a year. He ended up with 14 staples in his head. No one knows what happened. They say no one saw anything and there are no cameras in the hallway. He could walk and feed himself prior to this. Now he cant stand or feed himself. For the safety of your family member do not put them in here. How can we ever forgive ourselves for putting dads health and livelihood in such incompetent hands. I wish we had a review like this one to guide us.
RecommendedMy grandpa and grandma both lived hear and the staff is AMAZING! My grandma recently passed but they took such good care of her and she absolutely loved this facility. Since her passing the staff has been such a HUGE blessing to my grandpa and too my family and we are so blessed to know all the individuals who work here! Highly recommend this facility!!! ❤

RecommendedMy mom was in Glenwood from February, 2018 thru June, 2019. We always felt that she was well taken care of and was showered with love and affection. She was always clean, her hair was combed, they even did her nails! We would show up at all hours of the day and night to check in on her. There was someone from our family at least 5 days a week that would visit her. We definitely felt that she was in good hands.
