Avoid at all costs. They charged for items they did not clean, would not return items they had in their warehouse and stole items delivered to be cleaned.

This company ruined all of our clothing and electronics after a fire in our home, victimized us repeatedly, never sent a bill or invoice and then sent us to collections. Our insurance company had to pay us in full for all of our items because they were left dirty, molded from being out in boxes wet or destroyed. Several shirts and pants are double creased. First time it happened, I took the clothes back and they repressed them. They’re actually worse now. I can’t make two trips for every item. Would not recommend.
They changed numbers on our inventory documents after we signed them, sent me paperwork proving they lost items. They said they picked up 17 of one type of item and proved to me with their own documents they only returned 15, now repeat for multiple types of items. They mix roman numerals with standard numbers so that 11 can conveniently become a 2. Once we proved they lost items refused to pay fair values. Offered $500 for thousands of dollars in losses. Never use them. They do business under the CRDN brand as well.
I want to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT TO YOU �� I brought in a “Cashmere White baby blanket” that was ours as babies!! It’s at least 63-70 years old, that we found in a box of baby things. Our mom passed away in October. We just found this and it had bad stains sprinkled all over it. I’ve always taken my quilts here. And im always satisfied w/great job. But this meant the world to me.
