I guess we should have trusted the negative reviews here... Robinson's Aluminum were supposed to build a patio enclosure and we told the person who came by for the estimate (Rob) that the pre-existing concrete slab was already there when we bought the house. He saw there was no footer but said "inspection never checks that anyway" so we went ahead and signed for the project. Nearly 2 months later I get a call that they can't get the permit because of that concrete slab and now we'll be out of $600 and nothing to show for. Th... read more
