Staff is rude and disrespectful when you got questions. I called and the same girl 3 times gave me attitude. And I asked if my report can be faxed over. She snapped at me and said, "I told you PAPER COPIES ONLY. " So I asked about email. She gave me the same response with the same attitude. She said she is the only one who handles the fax and paper work. If that's true. You guys need someone else. She is rude and brings bad vibes to your office.
