I used Robinson's for a rotation and balance. They were able to work me in on a Saturday morning and I was able to pick my car up within a couple of hours. The price was very reasonable and I'll be using them again in the future.
This is my go to tire home town tire store. Andy and his wife provide excellent customer service and competitive prices. If you want an honest business this is it. They do shocks and other minor repars too (brakes). They have always treated me fair and I will continue to do business with Robinson.
We spoke with this company over the phone and talked to them about accepting a warranty we had on our tires. They said it would be accepted to just bring the car in, we had it towed to their store and came to pick it up the following day at 5pm. When we get there they tell us they couldn't accept the payment the insurance company was providing them as it was 'over the phone' after telling us they could. I bought a used tire from this company a month ago and we all know there is no warranty on a used tire. My tire went flat about 2 weeks later. I called this morning to purchase another used tire for my vehicle. I was told to bring my car up there and they would look at what was wrong. I got there at 8:35am. I was out of there at 8:45 with another tire and the most awesome part of this review is there was no charge.
