Our contractor was having problems and so I had checked in on our order he made through Robinson and found out nothing was ever ordered. The ladies in the lighting dept not only listened to me in my upset state but also went above and beyond to get me my items and with a great price. They really uplifted my day. Its hard to find this kind of customer service but today I had a great experience.
