No problems with the storage itself, however we left the unit very clean, and they did not return our security deposit. I have left several messages however they did not return our phone calls. It's been 2 months since I emptied the unit. I have called several times, have spoken with the manager several times. They keep on making excuses for not sending the check out. After 2 months, I still have not received my security deposit. They are either incompetent or dishonest.
Nice people, clean property and maintained. Very reasonable prices, I’m from the Springs and drive to Florence just for their units!
Great people, safe, clean, secure storage.
