Paid to have my septic pumped at Grange Fair this year and it was not done! Made several calls to headquarters and was told to have Someone at the camper all day and they would have someone come and never did! Went to clean and winterize my camper, and I had to empty the septic myself! Called company and they said they did it then said it was clogged and they couldn’t! Will never use for private service!
Robinson's is a less then great place to deal with. We had paid them to pump out our camper at the Grange Fair. We had them pump it for the last time on the last day of fair so there was little to no waste in the tanks before leaving the fair. When we came Monday to leave the tanks were full still. I called and left a message that day with Robinson's. 2 weeks passed and still nothing so I called back. Secretary said the owners are aware and they will contact me. Best employees!!! The guy that comes out to our house is always friendly and happy to help!! When I call into the office the staff is always willing to help and answer questions!!! Highly recommend
