My insurance company engaged Robinsons after hurricane damage required a replacement roof. Generally all good, courteous staff, time will tell if a good job has been done. A small snagging job was done within hours of me calling it in - excellent, thank you. BUT...communication could have been better. Had to keep chasing to get a start date. At one point they tried to blame the Christmas break (it happens every year guys!!). Then on one day during the install the crew just left. My roof sustained damage during hurricane Helene and Milton. Dylan and his team at Robinson Roofing & Restoration did a fantastic job assisting in my insurance claim and everything went along smoothly and in a timely manner. The workmanship of Robinson Roofing crew is top notch and our roof looks fabulous. We get compliments from our neighbors every time they pass by. Quality work and a timely effort. Guys arrived and knocked the project out without a break until job was completed. Beat the original contractor's schedule by several weeks.
