I had a very disappointing experience with Robinson Roof Solutions. The workplace culture and professionalism I witnessed left me with little confidence in the company. The sales manager, Yanna, was often rude, moody, and failed to follow through on commitments that were made. Clear communication and keeping your word should be a basic expectation. My experience with Robinson Roofing was extremely disappointing. In my opinion, the workmanship was unacceptable and nowhere near the quality you should expect for the prices they charge. The finished product looked rushed, sloppy, and unprofessional—more like putting lipstick on a pig than actually fixing the problem. Currently have a leaking roof at 230 Mowat street after a recent roof replacement. The roof, which was not leaking previously, is now leaking. I phoned their line to offer this company a heads up, all they could do was quote a $1,250 call out rate for after hours. I would sincerely urge the manager / director of this company to get on this asap before a massive rain comes.
