Not only is he very knowledgeable he is very kind. I would highly recommend him to everyone. I have not had that great of customer experience ever!!!
My ac was leaking condensation and flooded my basement. Called Bruce on a Sunday and he was very helpful. I texted him a video of what was going on and he walked me through how to fix it on my own. Very nice gentleman. 10/10 would recommend
Life safer even on a Sunday afternoon! It’s easy to worry when your a/c goes out but, when it happens on a mid summer Sunday afternoon and hardware stores don’t carry the parts, it’s easy to freak out. Thank you for all the help.
