If I could give them a -5 I would. I’m am beyond angry with this company. The long story short is they don’t stand behind their work and when it breaks down 4 months after install and you find out the used a completely wrong unit for the application, wrong pipes, wrong size of pipes, not to code wires or any single thing right and now I have to pay for a completely new unit. I spent $16000 4 months ago and all I was told is sorry you’ll have to pay to have us come look at it again. Nothing we can do it’s beyond 30 days. Plea... read more
