They don’t take care of the building.
If I could leave zero stars i would. Avoid Homestead at all costs. It's a money drain and there are constant issues. ATM, the fire alarm has been sounding for over 2 hours with no emergency and the people at the office claimed no one had reported it, while the man downstairs who keeps shutting it off, claims they are well aware. No information as to when it will stop sounding or what the issue is. Let me begin by stating, if I could take stars away, I absolutely would! This rating has been shown time and time again, all within less than a month span. Myself (M35) and my partner (F33) decided on a move back in January because our jobs were letting us go nowhere, and our landlord at the time had just sold his place and the new one was getting rid of everyone.
