Spoke to a salesperson today. Extremely helpful. No pressure to make an upscale. They currently have 1.99 percent interest on financing. The warranty is phenomenal and what they advertise online at their location is in stock.

Update: The dealer’s claim of missing contact information is a fabricated excuse, as all details were previously provided in the formal complaint submitted to Mitsubishi Motor Sales of Canada. Due to ongoing unprofessionalism, future business will be directed elsewhere. I brought my vehicle in for a driveline service and was informed that a new oil pan and gasket were required.
