I have used this insurance agency for the past 10+ years on auto pay for my second home. I recently sold my house and and was asking to do a cancellation on the day the house closed. I spoke with Justin Kennedy and was appalled by his response and lack of service to a long time customer. He never let me finish a statement and finally I had to just have him close the account early, leaving me at risk. They did not renew a boat policy with Lloyds that I had with them for 10 years and did not inform me, People who I attempted to contact did not respond. Look elsewhere for yacht insurance if you desire service !!
