Extremely rude and dismissive of parents' questions and concerns, and creates an environment where one feels they cannot ask questions about their child's health. Brought up a concern I had with my child and I was written off completely by Dr. Robinson. This concern was later found to be valid and a treatment plan was made with the child's new provider. I cannot in good faith recommend Dr. Robinson to anyone looking for a pediatrician after our experience.
She has been my children’s pediatrician for 8 years. She always engages them and makes them feel important. I have read reviews, but she never has been rough at all with my kids. Totally appropriate and a wonderful doctor. You can even call her at home and ask questions.
Dr Robinson is very awkward and doesn't talk with my daughter but at. We asked to switch doctors within the practice to another doctor we liked. The office said we could make one such change but changed their minds and rather have my daughter start at another practice after 16 years as a customer. Dr Robinson also submitted outdated and irrelevant information to our adoption agency ruining our chances of adopting. When asked she said she would never do such a thing. Traumatizing for my son and causing physical harm. She was very harsh to him & I was extremely uncomfortable while in the room with her while she continued to cause pain to my son resulting in bruising of his right inner ear.
