I had inquired about contacts for my daughter during our initial visit, but was refused by the doctor and told to 'just get her glasses first and go from there'. He was noticeably condescending throughout the visit. When I called back to ask about the contact fitting process (my insurance only covers one exam per year) and how much my insurance would cover since it was a separate visit, the receptionist was extremely rude and could not give me a straight answer. At first there were problems getting an initial appointment but they called me back and corrected the situation. Much better than the response you get from most doctors. He also spent time looking at my medical history and addressed all of my concerns. He is a very nice and friendly doctor who really does want to help.
