Wonderful Service My husband has cancer and we make many trips to Bond Clinic. I would like to thank everyone from the people that assisted us helping us from the car to the lab or office. The office staff is very helpful and patient with us and have made a very upsetting and sad situation easier to live with when you know what to expect. Thank you to all the people who have helped us. Great doctors also. PROS: People that assist you and very friendly. CONS:
Good luck This clinic IS all about money. Look at there web site. Instead of directions to their satellite offices, they talk about HOW TO PAY US. Doctors are terrible, and totally believe in BULLYING you. You will be treated like a baby. Doctors are offended if you ask them to repeat any instructions. Most of their doctors speak very poor english. You may wait days while they, check to see if your insurance will pay for any procedure, including x-rays or MRI's. If your condition worsens thatwill only tell you to go to an ER... read more
Dr Giusti at Bond Clinic I recently accompanied my grandmother to a visit at Dr. Giustis office located at Bond Clinic. From the moment we got out of the car we were taken care of. The patient services attendant, Roy, helped my grandmother out of the car and into a wheel chair right when we pulled up. He wheeled her into the registration area where the lady explained that she needed to update some insurance information. Don't go here This is one of the worse large doctors clinic's around. They pass you from doctor to doctor just to get more money from you and your ins if you have it. I've used them in the past but never again. Staff was rude, parking was impossible, just getting an appt was next to impossible. I'd be dead if I waited for an appt.

Doctors Respect Your Patients!! My husband & I have been attending Bond for the past 7 years since we moved from up north. I have to say, healthcare down here is a bit different then up north. As most people who work, I had a hard time requesting time off for Dr.s appt.s so I would have to resched. The first doctor dropped me as patient due to this right when my perscriptions were due to be filled. Nice timing! Now the second doctor I have here continuelly talks down to me. Has potential but process is broken. The Clinic never follows through with any medical procedure. The medical setup is great but it isn't managed very well. My insurance doesn't require me to get referrals from a Primary for any treatment. But in this setup you will need a referral from your Primary and that could take a while. Beware! Recommend you get a copy of your medical records to make sure that what was stated during your Doctors appointment was documented correctly.
Bond Clinic SUCKS Bond Clinic business practices are the worst I've ever experienced. My mother's primary care physican kicked both my mother and father out of the clinic because my dad voiced his concerns about their poor comunications with him while she was in surgery - different doctor and NOW they're charging him for a missed appointment fee after they kicked them out and after she passed away. We did notify them that she had passed away. Also they didn't post payments that my mother made at office visits to her account.
