My husband and I brought my engagement ring here a few months ago to have the prongs repaired. Now keep in mind I have had this ring for over 15 years with no repairs. They called after repairing it and we went to pick it up. It looked amazing but after about 3 weeks one of the prongs broke. He was able to source what we needed in the quoted time frame every time. A couple things stand out from the service here.
