This law firm promises to fight hard for you, and makes you truly believe they have your back, they do not. First of all they double charge, I made a complaint about the over charges and they were never addressed. In mediation my attorney just sat there letting the very terrible mediator guide the entire process, my attorney folded like a cheap suit. Everyone was very polite and respectful and above all professional. Ms. Brittney was great and attentive. Always fought for my rights and let the opposing attorneys know she was all business. She got me through my tough time and was by my side every step of the way. This firm was amazing.
I just had an initial over-the-phone consultation with R&H pc, a very helpful session in which Jane was able to clarify things for me to make an informed decision. And all within the space of 30 mins, with all questions answered and without any sense of pressure on me to decide this way or that way. As I weigh my personal situation with my spouse, I am certain that I will retain R&H when the decision gets ready to be made. Highly recommend!
This is not at all a reflection of the counsel at this firm, I have not spoken to any of them and they may be as wonderful as the other reviews say! I called yesterday to see if I could find a lawyer to represent the interests of my sister in a situation that arose yesterday morning. When giving a backstory to Molly, she literally laughed and then either said “that’s funny” or “that’s not funny” I stopped listening after her blatant disregard for the seriousness of the situation.
This was the first time that I’ve ever talked to an attorney via zoom it was transparent. Shana was transparent and a lot of useful information with me. I would definitely use this law firm going forward.
