Get ready for Mafia style collections with intimidation tactics and confrontational accounting department. ***SCAM*** Multiple people involved in the case meaning they can charge more often at high rates for simple tasks. The filing of a foreign judgement and 2 writs, costs me more than $7,000. DIdn't talk to the defendant, no depositions, no court hearing, didn't call the company the writ was against. AWFUL! AVOID!

When we had our first consultation they gave me the impression that i had a case and was happy to send the invoice to pay a 1500 retainer fee. But when i had more questions regarding how litigation would be they charged me an additional 212.00 just for them to now all of a sudden not want to take my case. I came to Robinson and Henry with an HOA and construction defects issue. The representation I received from Richard Schmittel was outstanding. He took action quickly and stayed on top of everything until my case was resolved. The communication he provided was always excellent, kept me updated and informed. If I had a question or concern it was addressed promptly. Richard provided professional, quality representation and I would highly recommend him. I'm very pleased to give him a well deserved 5-Star review.

I would recommend not using this firm. In my opinion they were only excellent at running up extremely high bills. We have used other firms and this firm charged double because they had new attorneys draft documents and then had senior attorneys review them - charging full price for both. They were very average at best skill wise and it was difficulty getting our retainer back. They make you wait two months and you may never get it if you don’t call. Very unethical to me. Will never use them again. A lesson hard learned.

DO NOT HIRE THI FIRM. I made the mistake of hiring Robinson & Henry to represent me in getting a parenting plan approved in the court system. Bailey Nelson the attorney the firm chose to represent me ran up the fees to almost $5000.00 and very little was ever accomplished over a several week period. I had to terminate representation with Bailey due to the outrageous fees I was being charged vs. the amount of work being accomplished in the case. They addressed my issue and gave me a $300 credit then billed me for a $170 fee that was mysteriously incurred three weeks prior (which should have been included in the invoice I received earlier). Never again!!!?

DO NOT use this company. The lawyers do terrible work and charge you and arm and a leg. I was charged over three times what they said I would be. This was the worst decision I could have made for representing me. Do not let them represent you unless you want to be treated unfairly and charged outrageous amounts of money for work not done well.
