We used Robinson Heating and Air about 10 years ago to replace an old furnace and called them this morning to replace a thermostat and service/clean the furnace. The service tech, Dennis, was able to come out late morning/lunch time. Very timely with good customer service.
Phil did an outstanding job getting my furnace ready for winter. He fixed my humidifier that hasn't worked in years. Everything is running smoothly. Robinson HVAC is excellent!
Phil was very polite and knew exactly what he was doing. He let me know ahead of time when he would be arriving and then was punctual. I would highly recommend Robinson Heating and A/C and Phil (whom I mistakenly called Bill the whole time). He even remembered working on my dad's furnace from years ago. Thanks!
