$993 last month's electric bill. I crawled under my house to see why my electric bill was so high from previous months. Pictures attached explain why. The lack of quality of work was truly unbelievable. I had large holes in my duct work, joints not sealed, return lines not properly ran, duct work not secured properly, and my zone controlled is not even wired into my system. I completely agree with the other reviews! Not only did they improperly install our HVAC, they refused to answer the phone or return messages! I now have an HVAC system that has to be completely re-installed. The owner is rude, arrogant & simply does not care about doing the job correctly, just getting paid. I see a lawsuit in his future!!!
They came and supposedly put in a slightly used unit, so they charged us half price, which I thought was very nice of them...well it took them a week to put it in, then the next year we had someone else come and service it...well come to find out that slightly used unit, was 13 years old and they charged us 1600.00 for a 13 year old unit... DO NOT have these liers come service anything of yours...
One of the worst experiences ever. Very poor customer service skills, shoddy work, incorrect paperwork, very arrogant owner who does not listen and flat out lies when confronted with errors. Do not recommend!
