When we entered the store you could feel the welcoming atmosphere. She was so professional and friendly. All our questions about our coins were answered . Our time with the store was not rushed and we appreciate the expertise of the staff. The entire store is beautiful.

I replaced two batteries for my high end G-shock watches, which I drove a 26 mile distance because Robinson's listed that they serviced G-Shock watches. My batteries were replaced however, no attempt was made to clean my crystal face, or to reset my watch. I was told we don't do that. The caliber of Jewelry store they advertise truly disappointed me. No sales person could not set my watch or displayed no interest in helping me reset my watch...

I am so impressed with the staff at Robinson’s Family of Businesses!!! Jenna, John, and the team always makes sure I feel welcomed and takes the time to make sure the work is done with accuracy and precision. Jenna made sure my late Dad’s watch was restored and made brand new with a beautiful new watch band. Now I can proudly wear it in his remembrance. John is very courteous and professional. He always makes you feel welcome. Whatever you are looking for or selling he explains everything should you have questions. And, he has VERY fair pricing!! I love the 2 rings that was custom made.
