10/10 amazing service!! Best in the hill country
We have called multiple times for multiple days with the same responses, “ Our system is down, please call back later”, “ That department is not currently in, please call back later”, “ Let me take a message and have them call you back” and then they never call back. This office is extremely unprofessional and unorganized. Hey, no worries, you don’t have to return our calls now because I do not trust such a mess of a Dr Office to produce anything good. Do better.
This one star review is directed towards the medical assistant who was working today and not towards the doctor. I took my 70 year old dad who was recently diagnosed with cancer to the podiatrist for an appointment today that my mom had on an appointment card which I will attach below. It said on the card that it was for the 3rd of October at 1 pm, then after the card was yanked out of my mom's hand by the medical assistant, she changed the date to the 13th by bringing the Y down and keeping the rd on it making the date the ... read more
