Shane is my nephew and I am a bit prejudice in a good way ,but I am so proud of this guy who can overcome the most difficult situations. Of course ,I knew him as a baby and all his family believed in his abilities and his intelligence level even at that time. He continues to amaze us with what he can do with a motor. His interest was always strong in the field of mechanics and his work definitely exemplifies that. He works until he figures out what will make the machines work in quality outcomes.
