I just rang to see if there was any places for new nhs patients the receptionist was very rude and snapped at me when hung up on me .not very professional

Not had a good experience hear today unfortunately, I’ve not been to a dentist in years when dental nurse called my name she didn’t make me feel welcomed when I got in to see the dentist I tried to explain I was very anxious has I have anxiety, he was just shouting over me telling me to claim down both the dentist and nurse both spoke rudely to me , I’ve recently been to out of hrs dentist and have a hole in wisdom tooth I explained I have the x-ray they then said X-ray wasn’t clear so had me running around trying to get the... read more
I have been with Robinsons dental for many years. I have always had a professional and friendly treatment. My recent treatment was for a filling which was performed skillfully and painlessly. From walking in the door the receptionist was friendly and reassuring. I Would recommend this practice.
