Place is a literal waste of time. They don’t want to do anything for you besides take your money. Needed a note stating I was okay to return to work from Jackie and I was told I had to wait for another appointment even though I had just seen her the week prior and informed her I was returning to work which she had no objection of. My company needed something stating I’m okay to return by a physician which I’m assuming that’s what she is but I have no idea what her actual job is. The front desk staff is downright hostile to their patients. It seems like they go into work with the intention of bullying mentally ill people.
The doctors incapable of calling in a simple prescription that you've been on for years and then when you call the front desk staff they act like you're both speaking Japanese and asking for the moon to have the prescription sent in. Update: an employee from their called me while I was in crisis and was laughing at me.
