The doctors incapable of calling in a simple prescription that you've been on for years and then when you call the front desk staff they act like you're both speaking Japanese and asking for the moon to have the prescription sent in. Update: an employee from their called me while I was in crisis and was laughing at me.

Do not go here unless you don’t mind being switched to different counselors. I thought you were supposed to have a “relationship “ with your counselor. I guess I’m supposed to keep rehashing my abusive relationship and the death of my Mom and brother over and over with new people. And I find out from the automated text about my appointment that I have someone new. No phone call or email. Totally unacceptable
They are excellent. I got really attached to an therapist and when she left it really put me in a depression mood. But good thing is we are still in contact.
