Brad got a large starter payment to build my garage. It wasn't even 1/4 done and he asked for a progress payment. When I said no, he pulled off the job and he threatened me with a lien and then small claims. I then received a message begging for money because his water was going to be shut off if I didn't pay. He didn't use the starter money to purchase material for my garage. A progress payment should be to purchase garage material NOT pay his water bill. He's a scammer. Worst company to hire. Brad was perfect at first but then started slowing down. Work was getting done slow he would never show up until 10am and would leave at 2pm. Found out he had a drunk employee show up and work then fired him. He hires other employees from off the street that dont have cars or the knowledge to even work in a contracting position.
