Dr. Ellen P Carter is excellent! I love Dr. Carter. She is absolutely amazing and makes you feel like you are apart of the family. Been with her for two years for my braces. She has been more than a dr to me. She encouraged me through the passing of my brother. And she celebrated with me in birth of my last child. Very professional but down to earth as well. Shared great stories with the entire staff and we had a lot of laughing moments.
