We're having issues with our Riobel shower system only outputting hot or cold water. We spoke to Matty, and he is very professional, knowledgeable, transparent, kind, and easy to talk to. He provided 2-3 alternatives for how we can go about our issue and took the time to create a plan and walk us through it. I would highly recommend Robinson, especially dealing with Matty. You are in good hands going through him!
