Horribly Inaccurate. Lazy. He spent no more than 15 minutes total on the property. Did not measure anything. Took a quick picture holding his digital camera at his waistline for each room without even looking through the viewfinder. Used blueprints of the original concept of the house (which is not how the house actually IS) for the sketch. Did not measure anything outside either. Used inaccurate comps. Taking them to court Found that they did not count my basement even though its a Michigan basement that I had another appraiser count because our window qualifies. Find where they committed a error, and get your $400 back.
