Maggie and Peter were the best landlords I've ever had! I would rent there again in a heartbeat if I were to move back to Fayetteville. All my friends who rented there loved it, too. The only reason any of us left was because we were leaving Fayetteville.
Absolutely awful experience. Called asking about apartments and immediately got harassed and talked to by the guy on the phone. I couldn’t have been harassed and belittled in a worse way. Would not recommend living here, not because of the apartments, but because you would never get past the rotten conversations involved in even ASKING about the apartment. Was accused of being Christian…because…that matters why??

Nice quite community. Large size one bedroom apartments. Lived here for two years and have no complains. Owners are very nice and fast to respond with any questions. Located right by the bike trail.
