Am from out of town, and we had to have our daughter go to the emergency room and spend the night at the hospital. the pediatrician saw her the next day and that expirience was fine. however, over 3 months later i now get a phone call stating that need some more information to bill my insurance. She was ok (three stars maybe) from a care standpoint, but awful for timely billing.
