I ordered online and that process was easy enough. The delivery was also very timely so no complaints there but the size of the arrangement was about 1/3 of the size of the online pic for the standard arrangement. It doesn't bother me if substitutions were made for flowers but the size was significantly smaller.
Emailed to place a valentine's day delivery order. The owner said she would call me when she got to work. She lied. She didn't have my number. I emailed her the number. She told me to order on the app. I ordered elsewhere. My $100 order went to someone who treated me with respect and wanted my business. I'll never call Robin's nest floral again. Pathetic customer service. Ordering flowers shouldn't be this complicated. Apparently they didn't need my business. I don't recommend this business at all.
I am very very disappointed in the arrangement that was delivered to a dear family member funeral....nothing on the description said anything about substitutions...I ordered the plants Galore because I wanted the wicker basket and flowers....if something was substituted maybe a phone call would have been nice because I would have totally picked something else....
