I saw this provider for psychiatry at the end of July. She immediately demanded I get a drug test before she would consider refilling my medication (a controlled substance), and provided very little information about how to go about this. I have no history with addiction or substance dependence. She is part of the same group as the original provider who initially diagnosed me with adhd and prescribed me this medication (who never required drug testing) and refused to give clear details about why this was now required.
