I paid off my account, last payment over the weekend- yeah. I want to close the account. I now have added interest of .06 cents. I was told it would be a $3.00 fee to pay the six cents over the phone. I gave my bank info and was then told I'm not allowed to pay over the phone- "too small an amount". I was told interest will incur everyday. If I go online won't it just post the next day, incuring more interest? This is crazy. I now have to leave work and drive to the bank, no doubt incurring more interest.

I'm a disabled senior and my experience with the service was horrible the Member service was unprofessional no respect for a senior r a woman of color the Manger r acting manager was not helpful I plan to close my account.

Horrible experience. They bought out my amazing small bank and even thought I've provided my credit card and car company with the correct account number and routing number they are not paying the bills. It's like they are holding my money hostage and costing me late fees and I've never had a late payment for anything before. I've opened a new checking account and will go through changing all my direct deposits and bill pay again. Worst banking experience of my life. They make it nearly impossible to sign up for auto draft and also make it nearly impossible to easily make payments over the phone each month. I would prefer to never use this company again for anything.

When I first started banking with robins over 8 years ago, I thought it was great. It used to be awesome. Definitely do not recommend this bank and I would've been long gone but I still have a credit card with them. I will be leaving this bank ASAP when it is paid off. I have had so many problems from this bank it is insane. I had a bank teller write and scribble all over a check that I tried to cash after they refused to cash it because I had "************ ***** to cash the check" and the manager I spoke with refused to tel... read more

As a 15 year member, your customer service standards for our personal and business checking accounts that are with you are unacceptable. Your service and customer care ****** All of your online reviews are horrible and your customer care standards are the reason why we are taking our business elsewhere.

THIS BANK Has know respect for your money. They let UNAUTHORIZED ACTIONS GO ON WITH YOUR ACCOUNTS.MY BUSINESS ACCOUNT WAS HIT FOR $4500 AND THE BANK DID NOTHING. WHEN I CALLED THERE WAS NO ONE TO CANCEL MY CARDS OR ASSIST WITH STOPPING THIS TRANSACTION. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND AN BANK LIKE THIS IM CLOSING ALL ACCOUNTs

I have a 60 month auto load with Robins Financial. I was told there is no prepay penalty by the auto dealership. I have made additional payments to principle over the first year of the load such that the vehicle should be paid off. I have not received the "paid in full" document from the credit union or from the DMV. When I called to ask about it, I was told my over payments were applied to future month installments, so I still owe on the account. "That's how our system works". I have been a member of Robins Financial for YEARS and I have never received the Christmas Rebate. Not sure why. Its ridiculous.
